Unless otherwise specified, all refurbished equipment will come with our standard 6-month warranty when installed by our engineers.
The warranty includes replacement parts and remote service. The equipment warranty period starts upon the delivery of the equipment.
The warranty period begins at the time of arrival at the buyer’s location when shipped by Viprofix.
If the shipping is arranged by the buyer, the warranty period starts at the time of the pick-up.
The warranty period begins at the time of the pick-up when shipping is arranged by the buyer.
If the equipment is delivered by Viprofix, the warranty period begins on arrival at customs in the country where the buyer is located.
The warranty does not cover failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper packing, excessive duration in transport (over 30 days in US, over 60 outside US), improper installation, improper maintenance by the buyer or if the equipment is not installed by Viprofix engineers.
All new equipment is covered by the original manufacturer or original vendor’s warranty, not by Viprofix.
