Service Contracts cover parts and labor on customer's site. Standard Service hours are Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. After hours service is available. Service Contract customers will have access to our 1-800 emergency hardware and software phone support at no additional cost. Service Contracts fees may be paid annually (5% discount applies), quarterly, or monthly.
