Viprofix’s service team offers expert service advice and support specializing in CtP and CtF equipment by Creo, Screen, Kodak, Heidelberg, Fuji, Agfa, Presstek and more.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Depends on the service required, price quotes for any parts are offered FREE OF CHARGE as are “Quick fix” service consultations (up to 10 minutes phone service time) are offered at NO CHARGE. If a problem that you are experiencing requires that our Service Engineer spends more time with you, the cost of the phone service support is billed at $150 per hour (1 hour minimum). If you cannot be helped on the phone an engineer will be sent to your location for an onsite repair.
