HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you call Viprofix, one of our expert engineers will assess the problem and determine if your laser head is at fault. If indeed your laser is in question, we will instruct you how to extract it from your CTP machine and how to pack it for safe shipping.
While your laser is in transit to our facility in Chicago, our Service Team will schedule the laboratory time necessary to perform the service.
When we receive you laser head, we immediately start the repair process often delegating multiple engineers to lower down-time. After the laser head is repaired, it goes through a series of rigorous tests that ensure the perfect functioning of the laser. Once this process is over your laser had is refurbished and works “like new!”
The final step is to ship your refurbished laser head back to your company via rapid and fully insured shipping service. We can also, at your request, dispatch our engineer who will install, calibrate and test the laser head in your CTP machine
