The final part of the purchasing process – installation, starts with a phone interview with our service manager. He will provide you with helpful hints on how to prepare your worksite for new equipment. This way, we can avoid costly delays when the actual work begins.
Upon arrival of our field technician, the equipment is put into place, connected together and integrated with the rest of your workflow. Our job is to calibrate the output and make sure it is consistent throughout the whole spectrum of your production. After the first set of tests is approved, the system is then ready for live jobs and press tests. Throughout this process, we make sure that every component of your equipment works up to the specs and desired speed (productivity).
Last but not least, the training session begins. It is a custom-made program that responds to our clients’ specific needs. Our goal is to achieve the full independence of your workforce. Consider signing a service contract with us, so that we can address any issues if they should arise in the future.
